Introduction	Life is ever changing.. and we constantly have to work to find the right fit .. what works we keep what does not work we discard. In keeping with that theme.. I am starting Healthy Weight For EveryBody on September 22, 2008 along with working with a trainer to help get me healthy.. its been a rocky scary road lately and I want to forge a new and healthier path.
