| Introduction | I am a 34 year old mother of three beautiful children. I am a stay at home mom, but I somehow manage to work two home based businesses at the same time. I am an author and I help run a youth sports coalition. Yes, I am busy! I live in a suburb of sunny Phoenix, AZ with my husband, Rick, our three kids, and two dogs. I love my family deeply and cherish our special moments together. It's been sheer joy witnessing my children grow before my eyes. I strive to live a healthy, active lifestyle. I practice holistic, natural approaches to healthcare. I play soccer on an adult coed team with my husband and our friends. I workout frequently. I enjoy family bike rides and swimming in our pool. I coach my son's soccer team. I love to travel and experience the world. I get together with friends and family for dinner, games, BBQ's, pool parties, or other activities as often as possible. I read daily, both fiction and nonfiction. And I thoroughly relish a nice glass of red wine. |
