| Introduction | Joie has a brother named Paul who introduced her to his friend Eric. Joie and Eric began to date long distance in January 2005, and by February of 2006, both were finally living in the same state of NC. On May 26, 2007 Eric planned the most amazing proposal ever and Joie accepted! The wedding followed 3 months later in Illinois on September, 8, 2007. The couple settled in Madison, WI. They bought a dog, bought a house, and on April 1, 2009 found out they would add a child to their family. Eric works in technology sales with Cisco Systems and Joie works as a registered nurse in the emergency department at UW. They are embarking on a life of alterations. |
