| Introduction | I have Multiple Sclerosis and ME and am bedbound. This doesn't mean I'm miserable though - my sense of humour is still intact, and I do my best to live each day to the fullest. I live in a really cute little bungalow with a carer who helps me. My bedroom is my world, with a PC and loads of photos of all the people that I love around me. It is now 2008, and both the Diet Coke and the cigarettes are a thing of the past! I do have the odd caffeinated drink, but they contain no aspartame which sadly Diet Coke did. I would like to point out to everyone though that even though I have succumbed to pressure, none of it has made any difference healthwise!! |

Firstly I wouldn't have a chance, shaky hands, but I could ask a carer to do it. Get sharp knife, insert at the top, slowly go round in circles.
