If your whole body were a hot air balloon, would you stop eating spicy food?
Obviously spicy food doesn't make your body hot.. it just gives you a funny painful sensation in the tongue and mouth which we have no name to describe except hot. I will eat spicy food all day and night for as long as I live. My body is a temple it is not a hot air balloon. No if. Next question please.
