| Introduction | I am a CrossFitter Bay area born and raised and currently training at Hercules Crossfit with the "Fun Crowd". I recieved my CrossFit level I Cert in November of 2008, and I am currently the recptionist at One World. I aspire to be a successful trainer and maybe one day join the CrossFit HQ team so that I can travel the world and help people explore this masochistic method of fitness.
