Introduction	i live near lake michigan and there are woods around my little house. It is beautiful here. I have a little dog named Bella. I have two grown up kids, one in New Orleans and the other in Chicago. I am a baby boomer. As Bob Dylan said, "I was so much older then. I'm younger than that now."
Interests	i am interested in contemporary art, Buddhism, yoga, writing, and music. I love talking about ideas with open-minded, liberal people. Interested right now in American pop culture and history, particularly the 60's. Also, in the teaching of art.
Favorite movies	Obscure documentaries, indie films, art films. My latest favorite: The Diving Bell and the Butterfly.
Favorite music	depends on the moment! anything from tom waits to krishna chants. all delicious.
Favorite books	good fiction, poetry, spiritual stuff, books about art and life
