Introduction	Gods & Empires is the brain-child of author, archaeological journalist and ancient historian Patrick C. Chouinard. In addition to serious material, he has also promoted pop culture as a window to many of the ancient myths. Old World and New World archaeology alike, have been a source of inspiration for many writers, musicians, artists, game designers and movie producers. Chouinard is the author of "The Lost History of Christmas", "Gods & Empires", and "Return to Gods & Empires: Reign of the Battle-Lords." They are all nonfiction and deal with esoteric interpretations of world history. Anicent Teutonic culture and paganism are also discussed, as well as other Northern and Eastern European mythologies.
