Introduction	Marshall earned his PhD in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany (USA). He is currently a Data Analytics Specialist at Curtin University in the Health Systems and Health Economics group. He previously held a data analytics position at the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance in Albany, New York for nearly four years and taught economics at the University at Albany (USA). Broadly, he is interested in applying economic theory and applied econometrics methods to aid economic policy making decisions.
