| Introduction | My adventure into photography began as a 10 year old with my mother's Kodak Brownie in 1969. I continued to shoot through HS, college and medical school. During residency, my photography took a back shelf to 100+ hour work weeks. After finishing residency and moving to East Tennesse, my love of photography was rekindled to the point that I began pursuing this as a full time profession after 7 years of medical practice. It has been 10 years since I made the switch and I have never regretted the move. I still work the ER enough to keep my physician skills honed.
