| Introduction | Welcome to the online homage of a self-confessed glutton to the long neglected cuisine of the South Caucasus and its neighbours. Amongst so many others, this is a cuisine that has captured my imagination as none has succeeded in doing before. I intend to not only treat you to my adaptations of favourite recipes I have learnt abroad and in England alike, but also a sprinkling of culinary anecdotes, reviews of my favourite gorging spots in London and Berlin, as well as tips on where to venture to get hold of all the ingredients you might need to have a go yourself.
