Introduction	I'm a youngish married woman happily raising two joyful, gifted, zany children. My background is in church history, theology, and classical singing. I'm a writer, a gardener, a catechist, and a listener.

Favorite Movies	I like watching Miss Marple and Poirot series DVDs. Also Jeeves and Wooster. I like several of the Jane Austen movies and loads of British comedies.
Favorite Music	In terms of recordings I listen to, I like classic jazz and classical piano. I am also into "classic" rock. I don't like popera at all. I also listen to good opera singers, most of whom are either old or dead. Anyone who has to have a microphone to be heard singing opera in an opera house, I'd rather not hear.
Favorite Books	Those written by Jane Austen. Celia Rivenbark books, Harry Potter and Artemis Fowl series, Church Fathers.

When you've got water stuck in your ear, how do you get it out?

I pour in alcohol, and if that doesn't work, I put some in my ear.
