| Introduction | I am the mother of two children, aged 5 and 2.5. For as long as I can recall I had struggled with my weight and body image. Three years ago I made a decision to change my life for the better, and I have. I am passionate about health but more importantly I am passionate about self esteem! I am hoping this blog serves as my own personal journal to the changes I've made, and also possibly encourages others along the way. |

| Favorite movies | The fith Element was a fav for quite a while - then I watched is straight (what was I thinking!). Can't go past the classics, Back to the Future and Pretty Women (gotta love a glorified prostitue turned Princess). |

| Favorite books | Jodi Picoult. Oh to be born with a gift like that - writting that is! |
