| Introduction | I am like so many of us out in the rat race and love coming home to my two wonderful children (and the husband, who's also wonderful but don't tell him that :)) and the work doesn't stop when I walk through the front door. But I still love to eat tasty exciting food that doesn't leave too much washing up or a big bill at the shops. I love talking about food and cooking and it's amazing how many people my age rely on ready made food, so this is my mini crusade, to pry people away from their takeaway menus and microwave meals and to experience new flavours and ideas.
