Introduction | I am a Brooklyn native who relocated to the DC area in 2003. I love Brooklyn, but I'm thrilled to live in this area where it's not quite as "dog-eat-dog" as NYC. After nearly a decade of living a single, lonely, career-oriented life, I met the love of my life. In 2005 we got married and I continued to work. Now 5+ years later, I'm spending time just being a wife and taking in the (with thanks to country singer Darryl Worley) "awful beautiful" world around me. Herein I share my view of the world's warts and how truly funny they can be. Enjoy! |

Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
Frankly, it's hard to imagine one without the other. I study meditation, which, to do well, one must work at. I couldn't do so if not open minded or, expandable. Of course, I had to be flexible to try it at all. Flexibility and expandability have led me to greater peace and so, I can't get by without the one or the other.
