Introduction	I am not defined by my dairy allergy, but this blog is. I am allergic to milk, sensitive to eggs, and peanuts try to kill me every so often. This blog is about exiling milk from my diet, and also about food and my life in general. Living dairy-free is not the most awesome undertaking ever, but when doctors threaten one with unmentionable maladies, what's a girl to do? Stop it with the dairy already and start a blog, of course.
