Introduction	Turned Up is for people rebuilding confidence after a setback they did not plan for. Most advice assumes confidence is something you feel first and act on second. That has not been my experience. Confidence is rebuilt by showing up again before you feel ready. I have lost and rebuilt my identity more than once through professional wrestling, corporate leadership, and the moments that came after both ended. Along the way, I learned that confidence does not disappear. It gets buried under disappointment, shame, and self doubt. This space is not about motivation or quick fixes. It is about the messy middle. The quiet rebuild. The work that happens when no one is watching and applause is not guaranteed. If you are here, you are not behind.
