Introduction	Karen Brucoli Anesi completed both undergraduate and graduate degrees (Master of Arts in Journalism) from The Ohio State University. She divides her time between Durango, Colorado where she is a free-lance writer and Lisbon, Ohio, where she manages Lock 30 Woodlands RV Resort. She’s an award-winning food writer and a semi-retired, restaurant critic (“Dishing It Up”, Durango Herald) who can’t help talking about food or gardening whenever someone will listen.
