| Introduction | I believe in the inherent goodness of people and that given a choice most people will elect to do the right thing, unfortunately as a populous we tend to delegate responsibility to other people and mistakenly expect that these same persons will do the right thing. All persons have value - some positve, some negative, some negotiable. Humor and intelligence exist in tandem and cannot truly exist independently. Soultions to problems and issues are often right in front of you, it is merely a matter of recognizing that the potential to create positive action lies in validating information by asking those engaged in doing the work and building up; and tapping the collective power of all stakeholders - all voices. This takes debate and listening to each other something many are often unwilling to do in the rush to find a solution. |
