IntroductionNot cooking at all for a very long long time... Till the moment I started my first student job. Graduated in history, I particularly love breads, all hand-made loaves, with crisp or soft crust, with light or moist crumb, yeasted and on sourdough, pure and with special ingredients, cake-like and basic salty wonders... At the same time I was trying to impress my husband-to-be. From my first kiwifruit tart I also fell in love with New Zealand and other South Pacific cuisines. This blog was founded by two friends who love experimenting in the kitchen. We want to eat (and drink...) well and to know what we are eating. Feel invited to our kitchen!

Favorite booksFirst the poetry of my beloved Mieczyslaw Jastrun (who deserved the Nobel prize) and Wladyslaw Broniewski (unjustly seen only as a communist)., I always loved huge books so that is why I would mention all the works of, Boleslaw Prus, Honore de Balzac, Jack London, and, James Curwood. This list needs to be updated!!
