Introduction Tony Denford is a ITSM process guru and has significantly reduced the operational costs for some of Canada's most respected companies. From process review, through design, to teaching complex ideas to a wide variety of audiences, Tony has the ability to entertain and engage his audience to achieve greater buy-in and produce focused teams. Tony Denford also founded Hit The Road in 2004 to offer more rounded training to runners than was previously available in the marketplace with a focus on inclusion and fun. Tony is a Certified Personal Trainer and member of Can Fit Pro. Tony is a veteran of 9 full marathons, and many 1/2 marathons, 10K's, 5K's, trail races, triathlons and duathlons. Prior to founding Hit The Road, Tony was an instructor for the Running Room Ltd where he got a taste for coaching before investing more time studying fitness and pursuing a Personal Trainer Specialist designation. Understanding individuals needs is a core component to everything Hit The Road does. Tony's goal is to encourage people to get out, get fit and have some fun.
