| Introduction | The last decade has held a lot of changes. I became a widow, we moved, my kids grew up and left home, I got a job, I started working out and lost weight, I started dating, changed my part from the left side to the center and became a world traveler. Not once did I keep any sort of diary to keep up with all those changes. Now I'm working toward my first mud run, and this time, I'm tracking it. |
