| Introduction | My name is Johanna. I'm a mother of 4 lovely kids ages 17, 10, 8 and 18 months and have been married to the most wonderful man in the world for over 10 years now. After a slow gain in weight over a 4 year period, brought on by 2 bouts of pneumonia, a bad car accident that left me in physical therapy and surgery and a 4th child, decided to do the hcg diet a few months after my 4th child was born. I weighed 169lbs, today I weigh 126lbs and feel great. It has been quite an adventure. |
