| Introduction | I am a Enrolled member of the Blackfeet Tribe in Browning, Montana and Haida Tlingit Tribe in Alaska. I was born in 1947 on the Blackfeet Reservation and raised there. I am a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. I have three sons and during the 1970s I worked for the United States Government as a Native American Representative. During the 1980s I worked as the head of the Blackfeet Tribe's Natural Resources Director. Now I work as a writer and researcher on Blackfeet Tribal History. |
