| Introduction | I'm a 32-year-old guy from southern NH where the summers are OK and the winters suck. I live here because of my job and my partner - who wants to stick around for now. Ultimately I'd like to check out another part of the country – someplace a bit warmer. We are paying down a $308K mortgage on a house we “purchased” last year. I consider myself a minimalist - my partner loves to spend money, but I’m working on him. I really hate to shop unless I need something. I do love to grocery shop though. I enjoy cooking and entertaining. I am frugal. Some would say I am cheap, but I have everything I need and more. I hate when people say “Money can’t buy you happiness” – in my case money provides me an important sense of security. I feel bad for people in tough situations, but do not sympathize with those who make the same mistake twice. I want to be rich. I don’t want to ever be in a nursing home. I want to give away all of my money when I’m dead. I’m an atheist. I enjoy gardening, bird watching, camping and hiking. I love life’s simple pleasures. I love my family. I’m an environmentalist. I’m very fearful of vomiting. I am me and I’m pretty sure that there is no-one else like me. |
