| Introduction | Christopher Edwards is the president of the League of Women Voters Honolulu. He is passionate about voting rights and helping people get registered to vote. He has a bachelors degree in business administration. He's lived in Honolulu for years with his wife Anika Gearhart-Edwards a psychology instructor. When Chris was in high school he was actually registered to vote by a member of the League of Women Voters in Wilton, CT at age 17 and never forgot it. He hosts the League of Women Voters Honolulu TV show Making Democracy Work during its 7th season, taking over from previous hosts and League members Kaui Lucas and Pearl Chang-Johnson. |
