| Introduction | I am a Mexican-American marine biologist. I spent my entire life in Southern California until January 2010, when I began a postdoc at Harvard. In May 2011 I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia. Since then, as a result of dietary changes, I feel as if I've experienced a metamorphosis. This blog is an attempt to document my new life by sharing my discoveries in science and nutrition. |
