Introduction	I was born with ear canal atresia (no canals) hence (do 5 year olds use that word) the Nike headband. It holds my bone conduction hearing aid on. With it I hear great. I also have both of my kidneys fused together on one side, but they work just fine. I had a PDA ligation done at 5 months old (that means they had to fix my heart) and both of my thumbs are hypoplastic. My OT helps with that, when I'm in the mood. I'm a crazy, fun-luvin' guy who has a lot to face in the future but I can bet you I will do it with spunk and style. So far I just have yearly bone marrow biopsies and my blood checked every three months but eventually I will need a stem cell transplant (bone marrow.) I may only be five but I've got a huge heart and strong spirit. Thanks for checking to see what's going on in my world!
