| Introduction | Hi, my name is Philipe LaMancusa, sometimes called Phil, sometimes called late for dinner. I've been writing an article a month for a local rag here in New Orleans called Where Y'at. My collumn is called Po-boy Views. I also am co-owner of a new Orleans Cookbook Shop called kitchen Witch our website is kwcookbooks.com These are a collectopn of my past articles and you are welcome to comment on them. The cookbook shop opened after the hurricane where we were hung out to dry by all the powers that be, from top to bottom; however I love my city and retain the right to give my views as I see them. I don't know if these articles are copyrighted or not, I suggest that if you want to copy them that you contact my editor at chris@whereyat.com I'm open to any subject that you may wish me to expound upon and in the words of our local jazz man Bob French "if you like it, tell ALL of your friends; if you didn't like it...don't tell nobody" Amen and godspeed.
