| Introduction | Robert J. McAuley Director of Operations/Training for Forensic Biometric Identification Solutions LLC. I have over 40 years experience in the field of fingerprint identification that includes training in both tenprint and latent identification techniques. In 2007 I retired as the Identification Lab. Manager from the city police department Lincoln, Nebraska. The bulk of my experience was obtained working for New York State Division of Criminal Justice services.I retired from New York State as the Central Site Lab. Manager in 2001. During my 38 years with the Div.of Crim. Just. Services, I held numerous positions including the fingerprint representative on the statewide automated fingerprint identification system design team 1990 – 1994. In 1966 I started to work for the Division holding various fingerprint positions which included classification of fingerprints as well as tenprint and latent searching. I held various supervisory position. I did have a 4 year break for military leave 1968 through 1971 with 11 months at a small base in the Central Highlands, Viet Nam. |
