| Introduction | Brian Christopher Darling has served in the United States Army, Army Reserve, and National Guard at Fort Bragg, N.C., and Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. Mr. Darling has served in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Qatar. He has master’s degrees in Liberal Studies and Public Service Leadership from Rutgers University and Thomas Edison State University, respectively. Mr. Darling is presently employed at Joint Force Headquarters, New Jersey National Guard.
