Introduction	Well, this blog was originally started when I traveled abroad to South Africa. Although my trip to Africa did include eating, praying, and loving those actions have continued since I left...especially loving eating. After being inspired by all the food blogs out there I've decided to venture out on doing my own. My wonderful husband Zach and I got married on January 1, 2011. That's right 1-1-11! I currently work as a clinical dietitian teaching people about food. My real passion, however, is working with food. Zach is along for the ride staring as sous chef, my inspiration, editor and sometimes he just looks good for the camera!
