| Introduction | I'm a work in progress. Now more than ever. Life and time and age have a way of giving you perspective, smoothing out the rough edges, and teaching you a thing or two about looking at things from different angles. I still can be stubborn at times, but more out of habit than true zeal. I just like a good argument, digging into things, getting to the bottom of whatever it is - back to looking at things from different angles. And I do believe we all are entitled to our own opinions; I just wish we all were willing to share them openly and agree to disagree when needed. My two girls are not that little anymore, but they still are and forever will be the world to me. They keep me grounded and help me rediscover what it is about life that is so fascinating - in short, everything. They keep me on my toes, and each day come up with something new to amaze me. And my husband? Still adoring, still driving me crazy, still surprising me and making me laugh. You can't spend 19+ years with the same person without that. It's the spice of life. |
