Introduction	I am a typical Angeleno has opportunities to eat different kinds of food; east, west or east+west. "Life is boring without good food" is my motto. ......... I am trying to be eco/environmental friendly. I bring my own reusable food containers (keep a few in my trunk) for left-overs and no plastic bags please. I use reusable chopsticks instead of wooden/bamboo ones. I might not be able to do it 100%, but I'll try my best. ............ I enjoy simple, easy and healthy cooking at home. I hope it will make a good balance with the restaurant food I consumed.
