| Favorite music | Everything! I love opera and classical. I'm a big fan of soundtracks. Beyond Borders, The Painted Veil and Elizabeth: The Golden Age, are some of my favorites. I also love Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen, Madonna and many others. |
| Favorite books | Way too many to list - but here's a few: The White Massai, everything by Joan Didion, Dispatches from the Edge, the Bronte sisters, Jane Austen. Every fashion book I own...and anything about Europe, especially France. And books on Europeans who live/grew up in Africa - I find that fascinating. |
