| Introduction | I am first and foremost a loving mother to three beautiful children. I'm a qualified teacher currently studying integrative nutrition. With disease and sickness on the uprise I decided to start studying nutrition in order to better understand it and also to create a better life for myself and loved ones. After my mother's diagnosis of stage 3 breast cancer in 2009 life has been a little different. I have been growing in knowledge in holistic healing, wellness, and food. My mother overcome cancer holistically and is cancer free to this day! She is my inspiration, my strength and my reason for pursuing this path of wellness. |
