| Introduction | I'm a cajun girl, through and through. I have been with my wonderful, amazing, sexy husband for 17 years now (wow, that's a long time!) and we have 4, um, boisterous kids! But what might be more interesting about me, as it pertains to this blog anyway, is my writing career, I suppose. I started physically writing about 10 years ago a handful of months before I got pregnant with our 3rd child. I say 'physically' writing because ever since I started reading full-length novels at the age of 9, my overactive imagination would begin to create the plot as I saw fit for it to end. Or that could be just the beginnings of my OCD talking!! The Djinn heroes and heroines came to me about 6 years ago and I wrote The Onyx Seeler before, during and after the birth of my 4th child. Hmmm...is there a pattern here? My husband would say, "Let's hope not!" I'm currently working on the second installment to the Djinn Warrior series, The Ruby Seeler and I'm having a ball! This is the baddest of my heroes and it is pure joy to torture him!! |

Got to say I'd fire up the pit and stick those babies on the end of a roasting stick...then make s'mores!
