| Introduction | I am a wife and Mom to 4 amazing human beings. My husband and I have been married for over 7 years. My kiddos are a 6 year old son and identical twin 2 year old daughters. I have lupus and am hypothyroid. After the birth of my daughters my health deteriorated so badly that I was in and out of the emergency room all the time for migraines and pain. I recently have adopted an Ayurveda lifestyle which has changed my world. I have two blogs, one is my family blog and the other I share Ayurveda recipes that I love. |
