Introduction | I like to bake. My creations usually taste good, as well as oozing hard liquor whenever possible. However, a pro I am not. If you're looking for photos of camera-ready eggs swooping downward or mounds of clumpless cocoa powder perched atop shimmering wet ingredients, you're in the wrong place. Here, you may encounter wilted muffins, cratered cakes, shapeless cookies, tottering tortes, leaden breads, and swampy pies. You will not find the supermodel of tartes tatin. However, you may find yourself entertained as you bumble with me through recipes found and improvised. |
