| Introduction | I am 181 lbs as I start this mission. At 5ft 11in it isn't a health crisis (on the lower end of overweight according to BMI) but I still don't like the way I look in my jeans. I've always been a little concerned about my weight, even when I weighed 50lbs less. But now, 16 months post-baby #2? It has become the first thought every day. It is the first thing I think about when planning to attend an event. The embarrassment I know I will have to deal with just to take my tiny tots to the pool. So now nearing the end of my 37th year, its time to get a grip. |
