Introduction	I like to experiment with different recipes that I come across from different books, restaurants, or people I've spoke with. During my blog, my goal is to give a recipe, any tweeks I made and the results. Also any critique I receive from my family. Also, in some of my books that I will be working with has ideas, shortcuts, and tips to dress tables. Some of the ideas may be out of date, but please find the humor, if it applies.
