| Introduction | Hello, Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog. I am on a mission to losing weight, gaining muscle and regaining a happy, healthy life. I have been obese most of my life and have experienced both successes and failures in my journey. I have tried nearly every diet known to man from the very restrictive to the unrestrictive and have even exercised my little heart out. Each time, I came up empty handed- not because I wasn't able to lose weight but because I either sabotaged my own success or I didn't have a clear goal of what I wanted on the journey. I look forward to sharing more about some of my successes and failures as well as challenges as I go through this journey of eating clean, carb cycling (which is very new to me!) and exercising! |
