Introduction	September 29th, 2007 I married the man of my dreams and less then a year later on August 25th, 2008 we welcome our little man, Ryder Lee, into our family. Derrik plays minor league baseball for the Cincinnati Reds so we knew our family was destined to move all over the country at a moments notice chasing a dream. What we did not plan for was elbow surgery in June 2009 requiring a twelve month rehab, and we were even more shocked when he had to have the surgery again in July 2010 requiring us to live in Arizona, on the other side of the country from all friends and family, for another twelve months. What better to do when you have twelve months stuck in Arizona with nothing to do… have a baby!!! Instead of an “end to rehab” count down we now have a “baby due date” countdown of May 4th!!! We are so excited for the arrival of Landon Brennan! We have learned not to try to plan. We are trying hard to live life in the moment and enjoy what we are doing in the present day. As long as we are together we’re happy!
