Introduction	I co-founded the Zen School of Shiatsu, London Tao Centre, Zen Shiatsu Society and Healing NLP to satisfy an urge to help people. Life has helped me do much of what I wanted to do. Now I integrate what I've learned from living with Kali-worshippers of Nepal; travelling with a Thai Buddhist monk; Shiva Saddhus in the Himalaya, Shamans of Africa, America, Hawaii, Australia; met the Dalai Lama, studied with the Taoist Master Mantak Chia; with Richard Bandler who invented NLP and Paul McKenna. I believe in Love, there is more to Life than what we see, Enlightenment means Lighten Up, walk my talk, die without regrets...meanwhile live every moment in truth simplicity and love with my beloved partner, Marta.
