It gave me the opportunity to learn authentic Italian cooking from the best cooks imaginable – Italian grandmothers! In addition to cooking for my family and friends, I love to teach people how to cook - I believe that no one should have to eat sub-quality or processed food just because they're not comfortable in the kitchen.
