| Introduction | I am a very busy, busy mother of four whom passion for food is constantly experimenting and seeking unlimited knowledge. Even in the busiest day, I still find time to cook. For I truly believed in good home cooking. Beside the fact that I am in a town that lack authentic Asian food and a five hours drive to the closes one. I learn to improvised and cook many international cuisine. So therefore, when I do craved something (which is daily) I will cook it or learn to cook it. With practice, I think I have accomplished most dishes. Meanwhile, I am always open to exploring and absorbing new techniques and ingredients to succumb to my craving. So come and drool with me... |
