Introduction	My name is Renee. I currently reside in Ca. I was born here and raised. I have lived in other states also. but i prefer cali. I am married to the most supportive man ever. hes in the US Navy. hes my heart. I have this blog so that i can chart what my whole weight loss journey is going to be like. i dont want to get weight loss surgery not that theres anything wrong with that but i just dont think its for me at this point in my life. so im doing change in my diet and change with my workout routine. over the past 4 years I've gained 100+ LBS,when I met my husband in 2005 I weighed 220lbs but now I currently weigh 343lbs and my highest weight was 375lbs. I want to change for myself and so that we can start a family of our own.
