| Introduction | Spoiled and high-maintenance? Although this lable has become somewhat of a family joke (the very words of warning given by my father to my future husband), I'm typically an ambitious, highly emotional, sensitive, serious but fun kind of girl. I've been married to the same wonderful guy for over 9 years and we have a great kid who keeps us in our place. A musician by profession, I tend to be a perfectionist and a bit dramatic at times. I love to be around people who make me laugh, but who will also listen to me cry. I'm a nice girl, but put me on the volleyball court or in a rehearsal with a know-it-all grad. student conductor and all hell breaks loose. The red in my personality bleeds like a slice to the jugular. I love to be pampered, but can still get down and dirty with the boys on the football field. I love to go to the opera, but I sing along when bands like Rush, Tesla, or AC/DC come on the radio. Most of all, I love to have fun with my friends and family, talk politics, stay up late and watch movies, and SLEEP IN! Things I fear: flying (actually, it's mostly the fear of crashing), heights, public restrooms, and democrats! |
