| Introduction | My interest in beer goes beyond just cracking open a bottle at the end of the day, I also like to keep track of the ever-changing trends in an industry that is moving more toward the success of independant small brewers. Whether or not the small brewers will take a larger chunk of the market remains to be seen, but that is something I hope to explore in these posts.
