| Introduction | I was born and raised in Eugene, OR and educated in the city schools and then attended OSU in Corvallis. I went to work for Delta Airlines as a flight attendant (stewardess back then), and became enamored with the travel life. I got married in 1974, I have 2 grown children (one of each), my husband was shot in the head and killed by a masked gunman at a Kwiki Shop while out buying me tampons and Midol. Not really, but it adds some drama to a life of average. He did pass away at the age of 42 via a sudden stroke. I then moved to Santa Barbara where I've lived since 1990. I currently have one grandchild and 3 dogs. I have a great career, one that I enjoy very much, a good life, great family, and superb friends. If you don't have a sense of humor, you have nothing. Life is funny, laugh at it. |

| Favorite music | I'm an old rocker from way back. Stones, Motown, Dusty Springfield, Doors, Elton John, Jefferson Airplane-Starship, etc. from those days. When I became a disco queen, I got into that era with my polyester dresses and wanted to be John Travolta's dance partner since my husband danced like Hillybilly Jim. I detest country music and would rather have rap blaring in my ears than listen to "I'd Rather Have a Bottle in Front of Me Than a Frontal Lobotomy" type of twang junk. |
